Creating a quiz

Templates

Go to My quizzes and click Create quiz. Pick a template for your kind of store and click Preview to see its real pages, on a phone or a computer, with products from your store. Click an answer (or use the arrow keys) to move through it, or jump to any page, then click Use template.

Templates come ready to publish: an introduction, questions, colours, fonts, photos and a complete results page (products, a banner, questions and answers, and more). You mostly change the words and the products.

• Start from scratch: a styled introduction, 3 example questions and a results page, to make your own.
• Every other template, from skincare, haircare and foundation to coffee, tea, fashion, running shoes, supplements, mattresses, plants, pets and gifts, has its own photos, colours and fonts, and picture answers where they help.
• Snowboard finder: works with the sample products on development stores. Good for trying the app.

Template photos are copied into your store's Content → Files, so they're yours to keep or swap. They're free-to-use photos from Unsplash.

Templates use common product tags. After creating one, check Results → Test to see how it matches your catalog.

The editor

• Left: your pages, starting with the Introduction. Click a page to open it and see its parts; click it again to fold it up. Add pages with Add page. Open Logic flow map to see every path.
• Middle: a live preview. Click anything to edit it. Switch between computer and phone with the icons at the top.
• Right: settings for what you selected. Most things have a Settings (or Content) tab and a Styles tab.
• The introduction's Style tab can put its image on one half of the page.
• Top: the steps Quiz → Results → Publish, and Preview to try the whole quiz full screen. See Previewing your quiz.

Changes are saved with Save in the bar at the top. Shoppers see them only after you Publish.
