Pricing and plans

Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many quiz completions you get each month.

What is a quiz completion?

One quiz completion is counted each time a shopper answers your quiz all the way to their results page.

• Opening the quiz: not counted
• Answering questions and leaving halfway: not counted
• Reaching the results page: counts as 1

For example, if 1,000 shoppers open your quiz in a month, 400 start answering and 250 reach their results, that is 250 quiz completions. Free (25) and Starter (100) would be over, and Pro (500) would fit.

Custom plan

Need more than Scale? Choose Custom on Plans and use the slider to pick exactly how many completions you need, in steps of 50. The monthly price is shown next to the slider and updates as you move it.

Good to know

• All your quizzes are added together, including both versions in an A/B test.
• A shopper who retakes the quiz and finishes again counts again.
• Previews and the Test tab in the quiz editor don't count. Your own test runs on your live store do.
• Shoppers sent to another page by an answer's redirect don't count.
• The number of quizzes, questions and products is always unlimited.
• The count starts again on the 1st of each month, in your store's time zone.

Going over

Nothing stops. Your quizzes keep working and we never charge extra. We show a note at 80% and at 100% of your plan, with the plan that fits your pace. You choose whether to move up.

Paid plans start with a free trial the first time you choose one.
