Shopify customers and tags

Use this to find quiz takers in Customers, build segments, and email them with Shopify Email.

Turn it on

1. Go to Integrations → More and click Allow access and turn on on Shopify customers.
2. Shopify asks you to allow the app to save customers. Click Allow.

What happens

When a shopper finishes a quiz with their email:

• If they aren't a customer yet, they're added as one. Otherwise their customer is updated.
• They're tagged quiz and quiz: [quiz name].
• Shoppers who tick the consent checkbox are subscribed to email marketing.

Your own tags

In the quiz editor, select an answer and fill in Tag customers who choose this, for example "oily-skin". Shoppers who pick that answer get the tag.
